Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit it, technical data such as your IP address and the pages requested is processed to deliver the website securely (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). No cookies, analytics or tracking tools are used.

Contact form

If you use the "Check availability" form, your details (name, company, email, team size, preferred days, time slots and time zone) are processed only to answer your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). The form is handled by Formspree, Inc. (USA). Your data is deleted once it is no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.

Email and WhatsApp

If you contact me by email or WhatsApp, your details are used only to reply to you (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).

Data transfer to the USA

Netlify and Formspree are based in the USA. Data is transferred on the basis of the safeguards in their data processing terms.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to object to its processing. Write to info@neuroreset.pro. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
