The Offer

Sessions are adapted to the needs of your group or client. No equipment required. Practice seated or lying down.

Participants sit or lie down with closed eyes and are guided through a structured relaxation sequence. The parasympathetic nervous system is activated — allowing regenerative processes to occur at both psychological and cellular levels. The session requires nothing from the participant except to follow the guidance and allow the mind-body system to reset.

The science behind the method

Why deep relaxation works

The techniques used are rooted in Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) — a practice-based protocol that guides the nervous system into a state of deep rest without sleep. Unlike passive rest, NSDR has been shown in peer-reviewed research to actively restore cognitive function, replenish dopamine, and reduce cortisol.

These are not wellness trends. The effects are measurable, repeatable, and documented across neuroscience literature — including work from Stanford University and published in journals such as Behavioural Brain Research and Nature Scientific Reports.
